Can you briefly introduce your background?
I came to France in 2010 to pursue higher education. After two years in preparatory classes, I joined "Montpellier Business School" where I obtained a Master's degree in digital marketing. I then started my career in a subsidiary of the La Poste group where I had a role that combined business and project management. Later, I specialized in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and project management. In 2021, I wanted to change direction and discover the consulting world. That's why I chose to join Talan as a consultant.
What are you currently working on?
Currently, I am working for a client in the real estate sector. The project involves deploying CRM France internationally. In other words, I am working on the implementation of a tool that will allow this company to better manage its business activity in different countries. This project is very interesting for me because it allows me to discover a new industry as well as new business processes.
And is it going well?
Yes, it's a very interesting and stimulating project!
Do you have a strong memory related to Talan that you would like to share with us?
Yes, I would say that my strongest memory is the solidarity of the Dynamics 365 team at Talan. We are all very close-knit and we do not hesitate to help each other when one of us encounters difficulties. Moreover, I also have very good memories of our evenings at café OZ, which were an opportunity to strengthen our bonds outside of work.
What motivates you every day?
What motivates me on a daily basis is learning new things. The IT sector is evolving very quickly, and it is important to stay constantly up to date to be effective in one's work. I also enjoy working on concrete projects that have a real impact on the businesses I work for.
How would you explain your job to a 10-year-old child?
I would tell them that my job is to help companies better manage their business activity by using IT tools. In other words, I work on projects that enable these companies to be more efficient and competitive in their market.
