Role and responsibilities

Systems Analysis and Develop and Implement Solutions:

• Lead and oversee the analysis and implementation of small-scale systems-related projects (below $100k), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements, coordinate deliverables, and project timelines.
• Provide detailed updates and system improvement recommendations.

Systems Management, Integration functions, Reporting and Support:

• Assist the Team Lead by preparing bi-weekly system performance dashboards and detailed presentations using tools like ServiceNow and PowerPoint.
• Extract and analyze systems and project data from ServiceNow to create standardized reports and templates for performance tracking.

Issue Identification and Resolution:

• Test, maintain, monitor and analyze system performance and project reports to identify anomalies, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks.
• Work proactively with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure timely updates and seamless system operation. 
• Analysis and solution of business problems, such as development of integrated production and inventory control and cost analysis systems
• Coordinate and link the computer systems to increase compatibility so that information can be shared.

• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, including dashboard creation, extracting data, and generating reports.
• Solid understanding of network, infrastructure, and application systems, including both on-premise and cloud-based environments.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills with a focus on client-facing interactions.
• Fluent in French is a plus.

The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000
