As a socially responsible leader, Talan Group continually invests in sustainable growth, addressing both social and environmental challenges. We achieve this while preserving our core values and ensuring operational excellence for our clients. This commitment to excellence extends across all aspects of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

For the past three years, through our 360° approach to social and environmental responsibility, we have been driving significant change and strengthening these principles within our corporate DNA. Disability Inclusion

We recognise that the diversity of legislative and cultural frameworks for supporting individuals with disabilities requires the implementation of specific policies and a unique approach in each country where the Group operates.

Talan Group is committed to strengthening its involvement in promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities by implementing dedicated support systems and raising awareness among our teams on these issues.

Handicap rse

Professional equity & gender balance

Talan Group and our entire Executive Committee are committed to creating an ecosystem that strengthens gender parity and fosters a supportive work environment for women through our Women@talan programme.

By integrating various skill development pathways, creating a space for mutual support, and providing opportunities to promote our female talent, the Group aims to ensure gender diversity at high-level responsibility positions.

Professional Equality Index

In application of the law "on the freedom to choose one's professional future" of September 5, 2018, which notably aims to eliminate pay gaps between women and men in France, Talan publishes the gender equality indexes for its entities. These indexes are calculated by entity based on 5 indicators.

For the year 2023, the Talan group obtains the following scores for its entities:
  • Talan SAS : 89/100
  • Talan Solutions : 84/100
  • Talan Consulting : 89/100
  • Talan KeyOn : 93/100
  • Talan Corporate : 83/100

The Talan group entities obtain good scores on the indicators (pay gap, raise gap, and promotion gap between Women and Men).

As part of the development of our CSR approach, Talan continues and commits to enriching the actions initiated since 2017 on the issues of diversity and the role of women in the digital profession.

These actions will allow us, among other things, to progress on another indicator: the number of employees from the under-represented gender among the 10 highest remunerations.

Conducting business

A strong commitment to ethics and compliance in all our activities.
