Hélène Kyriakakis
Starting December 2019, I am initiating a new chapter of my career with my nomination as President of Talan America. Surrounded by highly skilled team members, I'm looking at the next challenges and the coming months with great optimism.
From 2016 to 2019, I have been General Manager of the SAP business unit serving the Canadian territory. This nomination came after 5 years of managing the Architecture and Professional Services division. With nearly 30 years of experience in consultation in the ERP world, during my career, I have held executive positions in large consulting firms for several years.
What motivates me after all those years?
- Create a climate conducive to innovation for the benefit of our clients. Ensure my leaders have the tools to find new solutions that will improve enterprises' productivity and profitability.
- Offer the younger generation that works at Talan America the opportunity to meet challenges commensurate with their talent and dynamism.
- Have Talan America’s name recognized for the realization of successful projects that capitalize on our expertise and collaborative client-Talan philosophy.
This all results in satisfied clients and mobilized employees.

Johanne Théroux
I joined the Talan America management team in May 2018. As an organizational psychologist, I contribute my expertise in the areas of human resources, career management, organizational development, and change management.
Having worked for several years as a senior director in international consulting firms, I was able to participate in many organizational transformation and technology projects. I also held positions in human resources management, particularly in technology sectors, and I have been a managing partner in a Quebec organizational psychology firm specialized in talent management and mobilization. Finally, I had the opportunity to assist management teams in the development of strategies and approach on talent mobilization, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
What I am passionate about: the potential and the development of people and their talents. I value the importance of working together and opening up to different points of view, and above all, giving the chance to everyone to contribute to their environment and society. For this reason, I agreed to contribute to the work of the “Conseil Économique et d’Innovation” of Quebec on talent, labour and education.

Chantal Grégoire
For almost 30 years, I have worked in accounting and finance with Quebec small and mid-sized businesses. I first worked for 20 years for accounting firms in auditing, tax consulting, and management before I contributed my talent to private enterprises.
I am recognized by my peers for my generosity and desire to support my employers’ success. My leadership and overall vision allow me to identify strengths among my team members to create the best work environment for all, improve accounting processes, and increase client satisfaction.
Involved in the community, I have been a volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society for many years and I am a member of the organizing committee of the Relay for Life of Chateauguay. In my spare time, I like to educate myself on several subjects related to finance and real estate, and I love to read.
Whatever is worth doing at all, is worth doing well.
